Description

Intended use
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the nucleic acid content of the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in clinical human serum and plasma samples. It is mainly used for patients requiring a diagnosis of HCV infection and hepatitis C patients receiving antiviral therapy.
Experimental operators should have received professional training in gene amplification or molecular biology method testing, and have relevant experimental operating qualifications. The laboratory should have reasonable biological safety precautions and protective procedures.
The test results of this reagent shall not be used as the only indicator for the evaluation of the patient’s condition, and the condition must be comprehensively diagnosed in combination with the patient’s clinical symptoms and other laboratory tests.

Test Principle
This kit is based on real-time PCR fluorescence technology, the specific primers and corresponding fluorescent probes that target
the HCV genome were designed for highly specific detection. By detecting the fluorescent signals changes, the HCV from
serum or plasma specimens can be detected.
